OK Tools is a collection of free, browser-based utilities hosted at oktools.app. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected when you use our site, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

Data Processed in Your Browser

All tool functionality runs entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. Any data you enter into a tool (text, files, or other input) is processed locally on your device and is never sent to our servers. We do not have servers that receive, store, or process your tool input.

Third-Party Services

The site uses the following third-party services that may collect data independently:

  • Google AdSense — We display ads through Google AdSense, which may use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalized ads based on your browsing activity. You can opt out of personalized ads by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • Google Custom Search Engine — The Discord Server Search tool uses Google Custom Search, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Search queries are sent to Google to return results.
  • Cloudflare — The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes.

Cookies

OK Tools itself stores only a theme preference ("light" or "dark") in your browser's localStorage. This is not a cookie and is never sent to any server. Third-party services (Google AdSense, Google CSE, Cloudflare) may set their own cookies as described in their respective privacy policies.
